Coaching can be life transformative! It offers clients personalized guidance, support and strategies to reach their goals in all areas of life. Through structured conversations, goal setting and accountability, a coach helps individuals identify their strengths, overcome obstacles and develop new mindsets and skills. How long will I need to participate in coaching before I feel better?
Each client proceeds at their own pace but change begins in the first session! My coaching is individualized and your program will be designed in a way that promotes growth at a pace that is unique to you. You will feel better as you begin the work and feel seen and heard for who you are. My guidance will bring some peace and understanding right away and my clients have noticed positive change quickly but tend to stay with me for long spans of time as they work through different areas of their lives.
What can I expect to happen in a coaching session?
In a coaching session a coach and client work together to explore goals, challenges and progress I will listen actively, asking powerful questions that encourage self insight and reflection. Together we identify specific areas for growth, set achievable goals and outline action steps to reach them. Each session provides a non-judgmental space where a client can openly discuss obstacles and receive guidance. I also hold the client accountable, helping them stay on track and motivating them to take the steps toward positive change. Each session is designed to move you closer to your goals while building confidence and self reliance.
May I include family members in my coaching sessions?
At Bold Beginnings I take a wholistic and individualistic approach and each client is a co-creator of their experience. If bringing in family members or other people in their lives feels beneficial that can definitely be acccomadated. When working with kids, parents and family involvement is key and with adults this may also be quite beneficial.
